Blurred backgrounds have been always cool but after ios7 they’re even more. They look awesome as wallpapers, backgrounds for websites, mobile apps, presentations… The greatest thing about them? – They are very easy to do.
So Why do we have to download blurred backgrounds when we can create our own in a few easy steps?!
Step 1
Create a new document in Photoshop and set some two-color gradient.
Step 2
Take the Soft Round Brush and start making dots (with different colors) above the gradient.
Step 3
Go to Filter -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur. You can play around with the colors and the blur radius to obtain the background that work best for you.
